Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment or receiving services from any Practitioner operating under Cellular Wellness™.

Welcome to Cellular Wellness™. Our goal is to provide a professional, ethical, and client-centred wellness environment. By booking an appointment or receiving services from any Practitioner operating under Cellular Wellness™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Cellular Wellness™ is a collaborative wellness practice comprising independent Practitioners operating under one wellness brand.
Each Practitioner is solely responsible for:
Receiving treatment from one Practitioner does not create a practitioner-client relationship with any other Practitioner within Cellular Wellness™.
The therapies and services offered at Cellular Wellness™ are intended to support health, wellness and the body's natural healing processes.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and should not replace medical advice or treatment from your healthcare provider.
Clients should always consult their medical practitioner regarding any medical condition.
Clients agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date medical information before receiving treatment.
Clients must immediately notify their Practitioner if:
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes and may result in treatment being postponed or declined.
Certain medical conditions may require written approval from the client's treating medical practitioner before treatment can commence.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Before commencing treatment, clients will be asked to sign the applicable consent forms.
By signing, clients acknowledge that they:
Appointments are confirmed once booked through the Practitioner or approved booking platform.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full appointment.
Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments, or failure to attend without notice will be managed according to the individual Practitioner's cancellation policy.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the booked session being forfeited. Package sessions will be deducted accordingly.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur an R850 cancellation fee, deducted from the client's deposit.

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
Treatment packages remain non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the Practitioner.
Unused sessions are not redeemable for cash.

Individual responses to wellness treatments vary.
Cellular Wellness™ and its Practitioners do not guarantee specific results.
Treatment recommendations are based on current knowledge, practitioner experience and information supplied by the client.
Clients agree to:
Cellular Wellness™ reserves the right to refuse treatment where abusive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour occurs.
Cellular Wellness™ respects every client's privacy.
Where a client signs the Cellular Wellness™ Client Information and Consent Form authorising the sharing of relevant medical and personal information between Cellular Wellness™ Practitioners, such information may be accessed only for the purpose of providing coordinated, multidisciplinary care that is in the client's best interests.
All information shared between Practitioners shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the client's consent unless required by law.
Each Practitioner remains individually responsible for complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and safeguarding the confidentiality of all patient and client records under their control.
Photographs will only be taken with the client's written consent.
Where consent has been provided, photographs may be used:
Clients may withdraw marketing consent at any time by notifying the Practitioner in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellular Wellness™ and its independent Practitioners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from services provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights afforded to clients under applicable South African law.
Cellular Wellness™ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available upon request and, where applicable, on the practice website.
